A key risk with Sanyo however is they want a supplier by 2022.
I dont think 4 years of R&D would go astray tho and it really depends on the amount of anode required.
If they want to use synthetic anode in the US market, there is really no other competition state side currently.
Also, Novonix still offers best supply outside of Asia, now with reduced execution risk. GEN 3 coming online, US DOE backing, large strategic investors, Jeff Dahn as Chief Scientific Adviser, solid BOD.
