Why the Board accepted that offer knowing how well they had traded is beyond comprehension.
The main shareholder drover this and was clearly lost their nerve as was looking for an exit point.
Whoever the advisors were should also pack their things and retire, horrible advice.
They should have simply announced they had knocked Hello Fresh's offer, then announced strong results and grown from there.
Do these results get another bidder to the table though? Q1 is going to be an absoluter ripper based on website data.
