From $2.20 to 2.95 is still only about 4 years of compound interest at 5.6% (roughly what the payout is).
I still feel we are giving up a good long-term asset for a few short years of return. As others have said, there are not many other options on the ASX for this type of exposure.
KKR and the Canadians have much more foresight than we do.
