I think there’s something to read between the lines here.

The importance of this announcement in my opinion isn’t just about the awarding of this contract.
That is why the price continues to go up.

I believe that the announcement’s unwritten message is also a kind of confirmation that the company is moving forward confidently, despite buckwheat matters, because it is a foregone conclusion that iONEER will have to be its guardian.

In other words what I’m reading between the lines is that this project will certainly go ahead with obligations put in place to mitigate iONEERS’s responsibility to care for and protect the plant.
And so the price is beginning to reflect THAT, not so much the details in this actual announcement.

Up up and away....but on a 50-60c range rope, to avoid a speeding ticket!

my charts tell me that we now have confirmation of this being the second run in a five-year Elliott wave pattern.
The confirmation came when we had the retrace over the last week and now the New (SECOND) peak is leading the charge.
