Ok, this is the situation as I understand it. Novatti provide the wallet and payment function to the real estate agents. At the time of development, Novatti Payments wasn't launched as yet and Rent had to use another provider for credit card processing to get the $$$ into the wallet (EFT was all good). I believe the company they use is Card Access Service. I've been trying to get more confirmation to confirm that's where the problem lies. As its outside of NOV's direct scope, its been a little bit hard to get answers. Also, there are company confidential info implications. I'll keep on pushing, trust me. This is starting to really tick me off just like you guys.
