This was near the end of the Annual Report where SOR lists their subsidiaries.
SOR created or obtained a shell company, Stealth Mode Technologies (later renamed Stealth Technologies), when they were searching for an AI/robotics business to fund.
Normally I would say the timing doesn’t mean a great deal given the time it took for the ASV, etc to begin, however given AM27’s find, looks like things might be closer than I thought.
Excellent find, I had a glance briefly last night but didn’t see anything obvious for this new company.
