re: shell 'If Shell hadn't finished analysing the data how could they have said yes?'
How could they say no? Wouldn't you in this case try and organise an extension? Or maybe that's where we're at? In this case it is very misleading for shareholders and would constitute misinformation on behalf of Shell.
Gut feeling is the Shell arrangement is over and think we're just looking for the silver lining that aint there.
Guess we'll know in time.
