    So they reword the proposal too.

    Float the other 51% on open market so as to repay all corporate debt and put rest aside toward eventual beepa payout.

    Great idea I like it.

    For if they burn the beepa holders,

    it will be impossible for them to access cheap finance to grow the business in the future.
