Morgan's shouldn't have had any influence given their client base so it's not really of any concern what they do.
Fundamentally the registrar is still dominated by retail and speculators. It's up to PR to reset the market narrative via meeting key milestones and not over committing (meet or beat conservative set expectations).
IND should make it investable for certain fund mandates, family offices etc but their long term commitment will also hinge on the previous statement
