Agreed. So based on forecast earnings this company would have a PE ratio of around 4? So if price quadrupled it would be around the general market average PE ratio. If leases weren't counted as debt under the next standards this would also have a DE ratio of 0%
Seems there's a fair way to go for the share price to reach fair valuation levels and a great dividend for holding in the meantime.
