There's no reason to prop up a company like agl because there is so much private money flowing into renewables and storage. There was a great presentation released yesterday showing the investment flowing into Aus for hydrogen alone.
And AGLs plans for hydrogen are just beating a dead horse because they are pushing brown hydrogen to make use of their coal and gas.
AGLs days as a big energy delivery company are done in the coming years. No doubt they will continue but in a smaller form.
