Judging by the small number of posts on HC regareding GGG it seems most of the daytraders who were all over this in June are not yet back in.
Also judging by the size of the bids I can only conclude that there are some large accumulators out there.
The good news about that is that the shares accumulated are effectively taken off the market for a while. They are not being recirculated at a slightly higher price.
Accumulators WILL HOLD OUT for a much higher price.
