Sorry for delayed response ... been tied up with work. Unfortunately the poster did not provide a source for the article however it seems like it's by one of those outfits that provide researched-based share buying tips for their subscribers ... and yes, no question it's WBT.
WBT is like a gun with a bullet in only one chamber and sellers and shorters are playing Russian Roulette with it Each day that passes, the odds of the live bullet being fired instead of a blank shorten. Pity the poor shorters that are holding the WBT gun to their heads when the live bullet goes off.
