These predators IMO from the outside saw a weakness and did everything possible to tie managment and the busines sup so they could weivel their way in. That is itheir model , their MO- IMO. .

Lets just say I have read every announcement but moreso understand the content and the speciality market they are in. Look a bit deeper into the accounts IMO to see what is sustainable. I can agree they have run a broom through but have they got rid of what they needed to as opposed to some expensive hangers on? I hope you understand the term window dressing - I wonder if they are trying to give the business away ( like they IMO suggested when on the outside looking in) or sell it for some value or if you are correct run it effeciently and so profitably as you state it will be rivers of gold.?

So tell me - why when it is profitable, has such good managemnt is it trading at below cash backing? Be specific don't just say market is mispricing it or nit aware of it. Does the market not trust the numbers , the structure or the team? Perhaps market is worried about any outstanding USA court actions? Market aware of just how stiff the competition is? Let me know. .

Also let me know how the funds these guys control are going and are they trading above or below backing?How much income for shareholders have they generated If you notice a trend let me know.

Where is their court case up to? I've lost track.

Worst of all I like the product and love Aussie inovation so very sad to see what was a opportunity squandered by sucessive managements and now with people IMO who won't ever get it to what it could have been.
