I think that given it has turned it's debt around, has committed to ongoing dividends, and is an infrustructure play with work in hand 11.1 Billion Dollars.

As the economy recovers this will do even better!
Im holding with 3-4 yr view.

What a bargain and opportunity this is longterm!
