    broker reports are full of b&llsh*t
    i don't think they know what they're on about.

    they don't know market sentiment and so pretty worthless in my view.

    You have to just looking at predictable earnings over the lsat 3 to 5 years and project from there on what you think is a fair value to pay.

    TOL took a bit of a dump today, down 16c.
