There is also no valuation process to be challenged. They failed to meet a capital call and could not reach a bilateral agreement to purchase the minority stake. Legal process was followed all the way and I think the company's claim that this is a vexatious dispute is accurate.
Nevertheless, quite disappointing, however, as it's not what we needed right now.
