JV didn't contribute during the round of capital raising and was diluted to 15% ownership, now is crying and is saying they wanted in.

Gee thanks, JV didn't contribute when we were at 27c and people sold down, interpreting their inaction as a sign of no confidence and now they release something like this knowing full well that their claims have no legal basis but nonetheless forcing TSO to push out an announcement like this.

Very malicious and hostile if you ask me.

Everyone who owns TSO stock on the ASX are part of the 85% ownership held by Tesero, the other 15% held by the JV are private and unlisted

SP destruction helps no one but these thieving rats.
