That clause is to do with Tesoro making an offer to Bahamondes to buy out the remaining 20% of the project,
not about getting to 80%
Zeff has mentioned previously in an interview that they were now in negotiations to actually do this.
My opinion is Bahamondes knows where the size of the resource is going and this is all
part of a push for more money.
