My opinion and I could easily be way off but I wouldn't be surprised if more expansion is in the works right now. Peter's comments about the final 30% touched on raising debt for future projects. I could see the final 30% agreed to be pushed to next year, current cash being used as a first payment on more RKEF lines and another raise. I hope if this happens they do the raise after this quarter report (which should be a huge improvement to already great numbers) when I'd expect the share price to be much higher.
