To any shareholders of Surefilre Resources who are unsatisfied with the current Board structure and performance:
There is a proposal to gather as many shares as possible to send a united letter to the current Board expressing our concerns about their performance - or lack thereof.
If we can gather over 5% of the votes, we may consider a call for a 249D EGM to replace one or more of the Board members.
If you are interested in participating, please indicate how many shares you hold in SRN.
