Does China understand the concept the enemy of your enemy is your friend??

In other words why does China not attack Jeff Bezos, Jamie Diamond, Bill Gates and Jerome Powell to win over friends and influence people?

That way China would be seen in a positive light and more people would be able and willing to buy Chinese goods across the world including those struggling in USA would they not?

Even if covertly the Taliban organised a attack on the quartet like Al Queda it would be positive for the masses and China would it not bringing more harmony and co-operation??
