    From the letter generated on www.savemytrees.com.au to my local member [Maxine McKew], I received a response from Peter Garrett saying that he has brought this to the attention of Tony Burke [Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry].

    Has anyone received correspondance from Mr.Burke indicating that he will take any action to save our trees?

    Is everyone aware of the savemytrees group?
