FYI in the post where I suggested that in the LONG TERM the results may prove to be favorable, implicit in that suggestion was an investment waiting period of something longer than 45 minutes...
If you are able to achieve successful risk adjusted returns consistently over time with such short periods then happy days for you. I have never been able to do that. My investing success, such as it is, has come from a glacial investing decision pace, choosing not to act most of the time and a lot of patience.
