What extra info are you looking for that you think they are legally allowed to reveal? Don't want to be a smartypants here, but the directors are in a delicate situation and will be very coy and guarded about revealing any price sensitive information.

The information regarding a new finance deal will not be hidden in a quarterly report. IMO it would be a price sensitive announcement, most likely to be made following a trading halt.

On another point, please explain your comment "Did anyone pick up on Fibonacci indicator screaming a BUY recently?" I'm a TA person and not sure what you are referring to.
