Former directors accepted 60M options in lieu of payment of unpaid directors fees....
either
they think options could be worth more than amounts owed or maybe..
they had no choice
either way...I think this has worked out better for us....and maybe they do know something management has told them to entice this agreement....
looking forward to a new project..
