Lets see in a week re Alcoa. nothing wrong with exploring new ventures & whether a big multinational could nut this out within a timeframe this short, ESP when the multinational is also in a JV itself (Alumina Limited owns 40 per cent of AWAC and Alcoa Inc. owns the remaining 60% and is the manager/operator of AWAC's operations) need to get this approval too !
but what i find wrong is the pay for online media outlets to make this appear as a sure thing, when it isnt ....aka "the pump"
