Even better for those Ingena holders of UXC-IPS shares if the Ingena business unit can hit its operational target...
... a bonus 25% UXC shares at a much improved SP from when the takeover was done...
Genius move by GL giving us LT holders options instead of cash dividends when all was gloom and doom a few months ago and UXC was cash constrained. They are certainly very valueable now!
