Ann: AssetOwl launches 'pirsee', page-19

I've listened to a couple. My perception re Geoff is that he may not have high passion about the product. Having said that, the more I listen to him I realise he has good communication skills and could do well pushing the product. I also believe that if he gets a whiff of this actually working, it could really up his ante and passion.

My perception is that Simon and Giuseppe want this to work. Simon at least has good skin in the game via Tribis. I'd like to see Geoff and Giuseppe buy a nice chunk.

I'd love to try a demo or hear direct feedback. If it's a real smooth app we know that lots of pride has gone into it.

I sense this product could fill a genuine need in a big way. Imagine a periodic inspection; the tenant scans the house with pirsee, the RE agent logs in and checks it, and done. The owner also has peace of mind inspections are getting done. All without any of them leaving the house. Compare that to now: err yes Mr owner, we will do 6 monthly inspections. 4 years go by without one inspection....

We could be on for a real winner lads.
