I have looked at the junior ree sector and most do not have the ree concentration to be a viable resource let alone the capital and technology to compete. What is going to be the catalyst for them with Moly and Weld already established? Maybe some Canadian mines could give security of supply and then go to Lynas to refine in Texas. These little mines are highly speculative versus a proven commodity like Lynas still not at $25.
