I read some research that showed that, even in the hands of 'experts', charting is nothing but a new version of tarot cards. Additionally, as Cathie Wood stated a day or two ago, it's about understanding the technology. She said she hires people with technology and science backgrounds and, if needed, can teach them how to read financials and understand markets.
