It seems to me that, whilst management were sitting on their laurels, they failed to recognise the changing needs of their customers and the industry generally and have been blindsided whilst asleep at the wheel. Whilst commendable, their recent strategic and organisational changes may well be too little too late and evidence that the business and industry has outgrown its current leadership and management. Watch this space. All imho so DYOR.
