Hi HT,

I am interested in the treatment of depreciation in a situation like this.

I understand it is to make provision for replacing assets and for tax writedowns, but what happes if OZL doesn't replae the asset in the future ie at the end of the mine life. Does it then convert back into profit.

This and the possibility of extended mine life reducing the depreciation (they state a 9 year mine life) is a key to inperpreting this report.
