Graham Bradley is a top drawer "blue blood" Aussie business exec. Just look at his other Chairs and past MD roles (United Malt, EnergyAustralia, HSBC, Perpetual, Black Dawson). I think it's lucky for Shine to have someone of that calibre on its board. But ultimately I believe you are right, Morrison and Roche have the shareholding to run the show and will dictate how things go, including the role of the Board. But I don't think Morrison would've gone to the effort of finding someone like Bradley to be his Chair if he just wanted a proverbial "tick and flicker". Plenty of strawmen and women around that could fulfill that purpose.
