Even though sales volumes and revenue are increasing there appears to be scant mention of an outlook on profitability - Is there any data anywhere on the profitability of each product group - like mozarrella for instance. I can't seem to work out what the cost of production per kilo is for lactoferrin . Working out the market price for selling Lactoferrin is proving equally challenging - I have seen prices online anywhere from $300 per kilo to $1200 per kilo.
