    Why is it said that the Longdian Village Sewage Treatment Plant in Hangzhou Town is the ceiling of the rural sewage treatment plant?

    Let us first understand the highlights of the project:

    1. Build the sewage treatment plant into a villager's park

    In order to further improve the level of local rural domestic sewage treatment, and strive to achieve the goal of complete rural domestic sewage treatment facilities, complete functions, and water quality standards, in recent years, all counties and regions in Hangzhou have strictly implemented the three-year action of upgrading and reforming provincial and municipal rural domestic sewage treatment facilities. It is planned to continue to promote the upgrading and transformation of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities, and actively promote rural revitalization and the sustainable development of rural human settlements and the ecological environment.

    The sewage treatment facility is located in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, and applies Fleurs' MABR SUBRE concrete structure sewage treatment solution. The sewage treatment facility has a daily processing capacity of 120 tons/day and serves approximately 204 local farmers. Because the MABR sewage treatment system is stable, silent, odorless, and can be harmoniously integrated with the surrounding environment, it is now not only used as a sewage treatment terminal to serve the local environment, but also as a scene of the street park for passers-by to watch and relax.

    2. Adopting the world's leading wastewater treatment solution Fleurs MABR SUBRE

    What is MABR?

    MABR is the aerated membrane biofilm reactor, which is the core patented wastewater treatment technology originated from Israel.

    Fluence's unique patented MABR treatment process has the characteristics of high-efficiency aeration and simultaneous nitrification and denitrification of biofilms. The MABR membrane is immersed in the tank in a rotating winding shape, sewage flows in continuously, and the effluent is discharged after treatment. Low-pressure air is blown in from the air side of the membrane, and a substance reaction occurs on the sewage side of the other side. Oxygen continuously enters the sewage through the MABR membrane, and the MABR membrane grows aerobic nitrification biofilm on the surface of the sewage side. In this area, both aerobic and hypoxic conditions are produced at the same time, so as long as less energy and space are used, simultaneous nitrification and denitrification can be achieved. Such a low-pressure passive diffusion aeration principle significantly reduces energy consumption compared to traditional high-pressure active aeration. The special spiral structure of MABR enables it to efficiently remove nutrients from sewage. MABR can still obtain satisfactory treatment results under low temperature conditions.

    What is SUBRE?

    SUBRE is a submerged MABR solution, which installs the MABR membrane module in the concrete tank.

    3. Application Achievements of Zhenlong Temple Project

    The Zhenlongdian project applied the FLS MABR SUBRE sewage treatment solution, which is a rural domestic sewage treatment facility, and the designed effluent water quality refers to the GB 18918-2002 "Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard" Level 1 A standard, which is backward compatible Project operation and maintenance assessment standard-Zhejiang Province Rural Wastewater Treatment Facility Pollutant Discharge Standard Secondary Standard.

    SUBRE and MABR is indeed the Intel chip that is the processor for the PC. Without it, they will not be able to integrate aesthetics with functionality. Is this a park? Is this an irrigation catchment area? Is this a Waste water Treatment Plant? It's all of them!
