I wish it was - originally it was posted on an Israeli site, but I came across it on a legitimate LinkedIn group after they posted it. Per Birdman's links below and my company link above they are confirmed as real entities. It immediately struck meas odd that such a young company would get such a large contract here, but then govt is never transparent with their actions.
The Geoscape site mentions 'In 1992, the Public Sector Mapping Agency submitted a proposal for a national digital basemap for the 1996 Census.' I'm wondering if this new contract was set up for this purpose also, given its proximity to our latest Census.
