LLP will get a speeding ticket from the ASX today. so tomorrow they will be required to explain why the big price increase.
i was thinking about the LLC acquisition of the R villages from PTN. they gave the impression that LLC would hold those assets, until a way could be found to move them to LLP (the natural owner of these mature villages).
but then i was thinking, what about, instead of moving those villages to LLP, why not just move LLP into LLC?
particularly since the SP was still sub 20c - when NTA was around 50c or so?
