    for the life of me the declaration of the div. last yr staggered me. Then in Oct/Nov they said they would defer till MAy09. Then still no ann. And unbelievable nothing mentioned in the expert opinion or the EGM notes of explanation.

    ASIC - time to send a PLEASE EXPLAIN re dividend - it was declared - if its to be voided, fine but lets get on with it
