Hi Amb
I think that is a way stocks are manipulated to score on the cfd's as well.
One stock I was following was FLX (Felix).
It trades low volume each day with small bid/asks and a few thousand dollars can move the stock around 20 to 30c at times. I watched this over a period of a few weeks and the price moved up 30c then down 40c then up 30c on very small volume and i wondered if people were playing cfd's for big dollars and manipulating the true stock with small amounts.
I was told though that the cfd will only sell the corresponding amount of stock in the bid on the true market. By your reasoning this is not the case?
