Commission of Inquiry to investigate "regrettable" Samoa patrol boat grounding - Pacific Beat - ABC Radio Australia
We only supplied the Henderson built Nafanua 2 in 2019- a gift from our government. Possibly a write off- ring the till for $30m to replace it- if someone has the money.
On the radio they said the boat was where it should not have been- possibly human error. No one hurt apparently.
