what I'm more concerned about is once Amazon only use their own BNPL, that takes away a lot of zips market. Personally I used zip like a CC on Amazon for ease and paid it at the end of the month. if Amazon had the same option with the same 0% or fees, and didn't have anything else, I'd use them instead.
There seems to be no loyalty at all in BNPL, even myself who has a vested interest only use what's easiest for me haha
