j2, good H2 results for last FY has LLP doing what BBC couldn't ... run a business. LLC divested MLC a few years back so I'd be surprised if they swallow them up ... but possible I guess given LLC bought the PTN property.

LLC's cashed up so maybe it's a temporary finance facility to sell to LLP in future? Refinancing has support of lenders with a reduction in facility.

With asset backing of 55c, future is promising if it's kept as a separate concern. The broken wheel's been fixed ... leave it be ...
