I hope you have now taken stock of what is going on. I warned you about this last year. Piedmont have not informed investors about what's really unfolding amid protests by residents since day 1 and environmental concerns. The reason for this failure to even apply for a mining permit is Piedmont's lack of confidence in its ability to get approvals. Before the haters vent their spleens of denial, this news article is only 4 days old. Highly relevant!
