@Cawthorn997, sure I'm in profit but, as a shareholder, do I not have the right to question the manner in which this company is run, do I not ? Life would be very boring otherwise.
The point is that, to get to the Feasibility Stage (ie a bankable milestone) EPM has to pay Cerium $20m cash not shares (there's options there as well).
At today's share price that is around 800,000,000 additional shares just to get to feasibility stage. THEN they either have to borrow another, let's say, $400-500m to get a mining operation up and running.
Share price might have run up, but this sort of liability is going to be a weight on the share price as time goes on. That's the point. But, why not make hay while the sun shines ??
