ASX oilers in onshore US never get cashflow positive... Well, I think theres 3 of them... And there are around 40 ASX oilers in the region you are investing in... I think I could name 20 of them... Look at ELK... it flowed 2000 BOPD and its still cashflow negative... akk 53?...
Back in Land owner rights, paying inproporinate to the level of stake... also, AKK borrowed (at very unfair terms at the time),our creditors have rights to production, retire debt, and extras...
Stimulation... Picked over region... gas not worth anything, or AKK cant get it to market... Gas prices at 7 year lows... Its as much a region thing as it is a company specific.... Ive been going on about this for 6 months...... AZZ are going head on into a disaster... GDN... ive seen them all... .... Ask Kenny WTF's up with the GAS? numbers...they dont mean anything if you cant comprend the region...look at those 40 oilers.... I put them up on the KOG thread a few pages back (which is also another disaster)...
