all you need to do is check out how much interest BlueJay is getting, big names worth billions have expressed interest in Greenland's REE. I'm pretty sure every bank will want to do business there, unless they have similar Uranium levels to Olympic Dam

the other tenements have had work done, Ngalia is getting drilling soon, Liverpool is world renowned (RIO has a massive operation there, AGE down the road) just need to start drilling there. Mary Valley is not receiving as much love but work is still planned. Yeah requires money, but if the results are good they are not going to have issue getting it.

EPM doesn't have symbiotic relationship with GGG, only connection between the 2 is tanbreeze. EPMs Greenland success can succeed with or without GGG, the reverse isn't true hence why there's quite a bit of emotional GGG holders here on this thread. And mines are really binary, they are either operation, or not. The in-between is exploration and getting it approved, if it doesn't get approved it becomes non operational
