" The company intends to continue processing through both plants ( Adalma and Plomosas ) until ore stockpiles are depleted and the Plomosas plant sustains the targeted 4500tpm process rate."
This is the point where we would expect to get the next update, which would mean it hasn't been reached yet, but, nor has there been any excuses announced as to why it hasn't been reached.
Conclusion - They're still working at it.
