The long term impacts of Covid19 specific vaccines are unknown but in the case of AstraZeneca being a vector type vaccine there is data available from the use of previous vector based vaccines that have been around for a long time.
Its no point being concerned about the vaccine unknown compared to what is known on Covid which is telling us that those infected by Covid and don't die from it may experience ongoing adverse effects after being tested negative for Covid.
