"And why would vaccinated people be allowed to do things and not unvaccinated ones?" because the vaccinated ones - if they contract Covid - won't end up in hospital - certainly not in ICU whereas the unvaccinated ones well might it's not really a complicated concept to 'get your head around' as to foreign travel --- nations won't want unvaccinated people landing on their doorstep who have a risk of ending up taking up space in their hospitals very very simple really take all the time you need ----------- and get back to us if you have difficulty with any of it

Yes. But regardless of your vaccination situation. To board a plane, you will still need to provide a negative covid test result( recent one, 48 or 72 hours) Because they dont want vaccinated people to spread the virus onboard.
